Matthew J. Fiorillo, CFSP, President/Owner

“The only thing that made the experience bearable was, for once in my life I had the ability to share some burden. The staff at Ballard-Durand helped me through the entire process.” – Liz King

“Tony and I never really considered pre-planning our funeral, but we want to make it easier on our children. I don’t want my kids to go through something like this when something happens to us.” – Angela “Angel” and Tony Olivieri

“It wasn’t your typical, ‘sorry for your loss’, it was personal. The job Ballard-Durand did was absolutely beautiful. I will never forget Matthew, or the team who works with him.” – Mike Bizzoco

I've lived in the area for over 60 years and never went to Ballard Durand. When my Mother in law passed away, my wife wanted to use them for the services. I have to admit to being wary of the decision.
I couldn't have been more wrong. I never met a nicer, more caring group of people. Not only did they attend to our questions and desires, they anticipated our needs so we never even had to ask. They made a difficult time in our lives so much easier. Couldn't be more pleased..
