Sylvia F. Rosenblum

Sylvia Rosenblum (Friedlander) Died December 21, 2018. Born September 20, 1927. Grew up in Brooklyn raised her family in Bayside, Queens and lived in White Plains for the last 40 years. Proud graduate of Brooklyn College, Columbia Univ. School of Social Work, and the Westchester Center for the Study of Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy. She always strove to help others, whether family and friends, her psychotherapy clients or the many causes she supported. Predeceased by her husband of 62 years, Arnold, and her brothers Philip and Sidney. She Leaves behind her children Daniel (Elaine) and Judy (Michael), and her grandchildren Andy, Rachel, Emma and Sam. Service will be held Sunday, December 23, 2018 at 3pm at Ballard Durand Funeral Home, White Plains, NY.
