Phyllis Faith (Visconti) Lutcza, surrounded by her loving family passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 16, 2019 at the age of 73 in Plano, Texas. Phyllis is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, John Lutcza, her beloved son John Henry Lutcza, his wife Christina (Ferrari) Lutcza and her two beautiful granddaughters, Gianna Lutcza and Mia Bella Lutcza. Phyllis will be missed forever by her devoted and loving sister Henrietta (Visconti) Leary, John Leary, and her niece Kimberly Leary, Alan Poppe, and her nephew Colton Poppe. She will be remembered lovingly by her beloved aunts Lena Silano and Maryann (Silano) Gasko and John (Jack) Gasko, Michael Gasko, his wife Maria and Madison Gasko and her uncle Frank Silano. Phyllis is predeceased by her loving parents Antoinette Visconti (2018) and Henry Visconti (1999). Phyllis grew up in Eastchester, New York and graduated Eastchester High School in 1964. She earned an A.A.S. degree in Accounting and Finance from Westchester Community College and worked as an accountant for many years. Phyllis had the most amazing personality. Her beautiful smile lit up her face. Phyllis loved everyone she met, and everyone who met Phyllis loved her. She was a remarkable woman who lived her life with quiet strength and courage. Phyllis was a kind, loving woman who opened her home to all. She had many "adopted" sons who thought of her as their second mother. She was called "mom" by her own son, but also by his friends. Numerous stray animals found a loving home with Phyllis as well. Phyllis will be forever missed by her many, many friends, cousins, extended family members, and the Lutcza and Ferrari families who treated her with love and kindness. Rest in Peace Forever, beloved Phyllis. We love you from now until forever. Until we meet again! Love and kisses!
