Madeline Frances Spiegler Ciulla, 69, a Fishkill resident for 30 years and formerly of the Bronx, died on Thursday, January 14th, 2016 at New York Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medical Center with loved ones at her side. Born on January 30th, 1946, she was the daughter of Samuel and Geraldine Spiegler of the Bronx. Throughout Madeline’s career she held many positions in the medical field and for some time owned her own small business, Mail Movers. She had a vibrant and silly personality that radiated to all and loved shopping, listening to oldies music, attending Broadway shows and spending time visiting and laughing with her family and closest friends. Madeline is survived by her son and daughter in law, Samuel and Lindsay Ciulla of Astoria; brother, Barry Spiegler of Yonkers; loving niece and nephews; and grandpuppy, Benny. Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, January 17th, at 10:00am at the Ballard-Durand Funeral Home, 2 Maple Avenue at South Broadway, White Plains, NY. Burial will follow at King David Cemetery in Putnam Valley.
