Anna Sassano

Anna Sassano died peacefully in Boca Raton Hospice on 12/28/17. She was born in the Bronx in 1928. She married Mathew Sassano in 1949, raised 3 children in the Bronx and . and later moved to Hartsdale, New York. Anna and Mathew relocated to Boca Raton two years ago. Anna was affectionately known as Nana Anna. Nana is survived by her husband Mathew, adult children, Matthew, Raymond and Joseph and 10 grandchildren except Dana, who passed too soon in 2010. Anna was an avid fan of the Yankees and had many talents, including bowling, golf, cooking, knitting, crocheting. She was loved and will be greatly missed.
