William F. Kane, age 89, of Somers, N.Y., died Sunday, October 30, 2005, at New State Veterans Home in Montrose, N.Y. Mr.Kane was Self Employeed. He Served in the Army during World War II.He was the son of William Kane and Kathryn (Connor) Kane. He is survived by his Four Daughters,

Daughter-Alice Borsella of Cortlandt Manor, N.Y. One Son-Paul Kane of Milford, Conn. Two Sisters, Elizabeth Burke Sister-Jane Kane Five grandchildren Arrangements are being handled by Hawthorne Funeral Home, 21 Stevens Avenue, Hawthorne, N.Y., where the family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM Wednesday, November 2, 2005. Funeral service will be at Our Lady Queen of Peace Chapel at 10:00 AM Thursday, November 3, 2005. Interment will be at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Hawthorne, N.Y.
