William G Faffley

William G. Faffley of White Plains, NY died Friday, November 26, 2004. He was 81. William was born on June 12, 1923 to William and Grace Gunther Faffley. He served in the United States Army in WWII. He worked as a Musician and Teacher playing the trumpet in a band and teaching privately as well as in some local schools. He is fondly remembered by his family, friends and former students.

His wife of 52 years Mary Thompson Faffley survives him along with his two sons Eugene and William Faffley. One brother Donald Faffley and four grandchildren Christine, Chelsea, Matthew and Jonathan also survive him.

Funeral service will be held Tuesday November 30 at 10:00AM at the Ballard-Durand Funeral Home 2 Maple Avenue at South Broadway White Plains, NY. Friends may call Monday November 29 from 2:00PM to 4:00PM and 7:00PM to 9:00PM at the funeral home. Interment will be held at Greenwood Union Cemetery, Rye, NY.
