William "Bill" Nicholas Caspare passed away at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital in NY City after a courageous battle against liver cancer. He passed peacefully surrounded by all of his loves ones.
Bill was born on June 18, 1948 in Bronx, NY to the late Emmanuel and Rose Caspare. He grew up in Elmsford, NY and was a graduate of Alexander Hamilton High school, class of 1966. Bill spent over 20 years residing in Scottsdale, AZ until returning to New York in 2007 to reunite with his family and pursue a career in the internet advertising and media field.
Bill has spent the last few years residing in Briarcliff Manor in the home of his dreams, taking care of his beloved pets, Abby and BooBoo, working hard and traveling around the world with his close friends.
Bill is survived by his daughter Nikki Bernardi and husband Paul , along with his cherished grandsons, Michael and Jake. He is also survived by his devoted sister and caregiver these past few months, Angela Caspare, his loving brother Frank and wife Gail Caspare and his niece , Kimberly Stevens and her husband, Harly. Bill has many cousins and friends he leaves behind but we are all comforted knowing that his enduring pain has ended and he is at peace. Reposing, Hawthorne Funeral Home, Friday (today) 4-8PM.
