Virginia Franceschini

Virginia Franceschini 82, of Hawthorne, N.Y. and formerly of White Plains, NY, died on July 12, 2009 at her residence. She was born on Sept.2, 1926 to the late Joseph and Anna (nee Cardillo) Eulagio in White Plains, N.Y. where she was raised and educated. Virginia worked for the Westchester Rockland Putnam Chapter of the March of Dimes in White Plains, N.Y. as a bookkeeper for over 25 years. She was a member of the Mt.Pleasant Italian American Club, The Mt. Pleasant Seniors, Roma Club Ladies Auix.of White Plains and the Holy Rosary Church in Hawthorne, N.Y. She had a great love for family, traveling, cooking and reading. Virginia was predeceased by her devoted husband Anthony Franceschini in 1999. She is survived by her loving son Bruce Franceschini and his wife Lisa of Wappingers Falls, N.Y. 1 brother Frank Eulagio and his wife Rose. Also survived by her 3 cherished grandchildren; Julie, Traci and Erik Franceschini. Reposing Hawthorne Funeral Home on Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Funeral Mass, Holy Rosary Church, Hawthorne, N.Y. on Thursday 10 AM. Entombment Ferncliff Mausoleun, Hartsdale, N.Y.
