Vincent (Jimmy) P. Laspino

Vincent P. (Jimmy) Laspino 91, of Valhalla, N.Y. died on May 31, 2015. He was born on March 25, 1924 to the late Charles and Josephine (nee Santicola) Laspino in Bronx, N.Y. He proudly served in the US Army during WWII and was a longtime member of the Valhalla Fire Dept. He is survived by his devoted wife, Marie (nee Bonnici) Laspino of Valhalla, N.Y. and by his loving children, Charles (Julie) Laspino of South River, N.J. and Josephine (Michael) Barletta of Valhalla, N.Y. also survived by his four cherished grandchildren, Heather, Valerie, Robert (Gia) and Jessica and two great grandchildren, Ava and Vincent. Predeceased by his two sisters, Angie Cristino, Mae Coluntuono and his two brothers, Paul and Americo Laspino. Also survived by several beloved nieces and nephews. Reposing, Hawthorne Funeral Home on Wednesday, 4-8 PM. Funeral Mass, Holy Name of Jesus Church, Valhalla, N.Y. on Thursday, 10 AM. Interment Private. In lieu of flowers donations to the American Heart Association would be appreciated.
