Vincent J. Cagnetta

Vincent J. Cagnetta (88) of Glendale, AZ and formerly of Scarsdale, NY. Died February 23, 2013. He was born on September 3, 1924 to Michael and Maria (nee Battaglia) Cagnetta in New York City. Vincent was a World War II Army Veteran. Mr. Cagnetta was an entrepreneur and businessman owning various businesses in the Metro New York Area. He is predeceased by his Loving Wife Laura (nee Vigliotti) Cagnetta in 1989, Son Vincent Cagnetta in 2007, and Daughter Carol DelBalzo in 2008. Vincent is survived by Daughters Diane (Ronald) Antonecchia of Chappaqua, NY, Laurie (Frank) Donato of Thornwood, NY, Son Robert Cagnetta of Glendale, AZ., Sisters Zina Friia, of Middletown, NJ., Lucy Rossello of Elmont, NY., Daughter-In-Law Claire Cagnetta, and Son-In-Law Robert DelBalzo, 10 Grandchildren Robert (Cathy), Brian (Pam), Matthew (Nicole) DelBalzo, Lauren Antonecchio, Laura, Chris, Stephen Donato, Ashley, Laura, Michael Cagnetta, and 1 Great Granddaughter Caitlyn DelBalzo. He is also survived by his longtime companion Sylvia Levine. He was one of a kind and will be missed by all. Reposing Hawthorne Funeral Home on Friday 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM. Funeral Mass Holy Rosary Church, Hawthorne, NY Saturday 10 AM. Interment Saint Raymond's Cemetery Bronx, NY. In Lieu of flowers donation in his memory to American Heart Association.
