Victoria M. (Spadaro) Ferretti

Victoria (Vicky) Ferretti, 92 of Hartsdale, passed away on July 15, 2023 peacefully with her daughters at her side. She was born on October 06, 1930, in White Plains to Domenico and Giovanna Spadaro. She went to school in Greenburgh and White Plains, Graduating from White Plains High School in 1949. In July of 1951, she married the love of her life Michael Ferretti Sr. who predeceased her.

She was a homemaker who spoiled her husband, children and grandchildren with her love, kindness and care. Her door was always open to family, friends and neighbors. She loved having company, whether it was for a cup of coffee or you dropped in and stayed for dinner. Vicky belonged to Sacred Heart Parish in Hartsdale. She was a member of the Father Dunphy Columbiettes and served as the Financial Secretary for 20+ years. She loved to Bowl and create ceramic pieces for her family and friends.

Vicky is survived by her daughters Victoria (Brian) Gunther, Michele (Timothy Jr.) Collins of Yorktown Hts, Joann Reed of Newburgh, Son-in-law John Salhuana of Armonk, and Daughter-in-law Paula Ferretti of Goshen. Her Grandchildren, Matthew (Christina) Salhuana, Elizabeth and Joseph Salhuana, Lauren (Tony) Severino, Steven Gunther, Domenico, and James Reed, Timothy (Chelsea)Collins III, Ryan Collins, Samantha Ferretti, and 7 Great Grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother Peter Spadaro Sr. of Pelham and many beloved nieces, nephews, bonus children, and bonus grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband, she is predeceased by her daughter Gilda Salhuana, son Michael Ferretti Jr, Son-in-law James Reed, brother Louis Spadaro, sisters Vincenza(Vinnie)Fragala and Sadie Plati.
