Victor F. Heins, Jr.

Victor F. Heins, Jr. 93, Formerly of Mt.Vernon, N.Y. and North Massapequa, N.Y. and most recently of Spring Hill, FL died on May 15, 2019. He was born on April 27, 1926 in Mt.Vernon, N.Y. to the late Victor and Mary Heins. He proudly served in the US Navy during WWII. Victor was a retired Mechanical Engineer. He was predeceased by his devoted wife, Florence Heins in 1995 and by his beloved son, Victor Heins III in 1977 and loving companion, Irene in 2018 and is survived by his loving children, Drusilla (Richard) Lenz of Farmingdale, N.Y. and Christian (Patricia) Heins of Arlington, VT. Also survived by his five cherished grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Reposing, Hawthorne Funeral Home on Tuesday, May 28, 2019 from 10 AM-11:30 AM. Graveside Services at Kensico Cemetery, Valhalla, N.Y. on Tuesday, 11:45 AM with Full Military Honors.
