Valerie A. Glardon

Valerie A. Glardon 58, a lifelong resident of Hawthorne, N.Y. died on April 26, 2010. She was born on July 31, 1951 to the late Joseph and June (nee Bauer) Puntigam in White Plains, N.Y. She was an accountant with Fuji Film in Valhalla, N.Y. and was a former member of the Hawthorne Fire Dept. Ladies Auxiliary and a strong supporter of her daughters cheerleading accomplishments and other activities at Westlake High School and currently George Mason University, Fairfax, Va. Valerie is survived by her devoted husband Gary Glardon and by her loving daughter Kelly Glardon both of Hawthorne, N.Y. and also survived by her brothers; Drew Puntigam of Hawthorne, N.Y. and Philip Puntigam of Castle Point, N.Y. Reposing, Hawthorne Funeral Home on Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Funeral Mass Holy Rosary Church, Hawthorne, N.Y. on Thursday 10 AM. Interment, All Souls Cemetery, Pleasantville, N.Y. In lieu of flowers donations to Tomorrows Childrens Fund 30 Prospect Ave. Hackensack, N.J. 07601 would be appreciated.
