PLOFKSY - Tobie, died peacefully December 21, 2008 at the age of 93. Pre-deceased by her devoted daughter Linda Dinkes (William) and survived by her son Alan Plofsky (Gail). Beloved grandmother to Jill Efron (Daniel), Jodi Hurwitz (Mark), Jamie Berger (Scott) and Ethan Plofsky. Adored great-grandmother of Sidney, Amanda, Zachary, Maddy and Jordan. Fondly remembered by her nieces and nephews. She will be missed by all who loved her.
