Theresa Tarantino

Theresa Tarantino 48, of Valhalla, N.Y. died suddenly on May 11, 2009, at her residence. She was born on Feb.18, 1961 to Ludovico and Maria(nee Venditti)Mariani in Bronx, N.Y. She graduated Msgr. Scanlan High School in Bronx, N.Y. class of 1979 and then went on to Katherine Gibbs School of Business in NYC. And later worked for National Geographic as Administrative Asst in Advertising. Besides her father of Bronx, N.Y. Theresa is survived by her devoted husband Saverio Tarantino of Valhalla, N.Y. her loving children; Nicholas and Marisa of Valhalla, N.Y. and 1 brother Angelo Mariani and his wife Lorraine of Eastchester, N.Y. daughter in law of Ralph and Edvige Tarantino of Bronx, N.Y. and sister in law of Fabio Tarantino of Ridgefield, Conn. and Mary Lou and Natalino Giraldi of Bronx, N.Y. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Reposing, Hawthorne Funeral Home on Wednesday and Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Funeral Mass, Holy Name of Jesus Church, Valhalla, N.Y. on Friday 10 AM. Entombment, Ferncliff Mausoleum, Hartsdale, N.Y.
