Sylvia Colao

Sylvia Colao 77, of Hastings, N.Y. died on May 7, 2009 at St. John's Riverside Hospital in Yonkers, N.Y. She was born on July 13, 1931 to the late Angel and Aida (nee Mercado) Veve in NYC. Sylvia was a retired Sales and Marketing Rep. for Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceutical Co. in Danbury, Conn. She was predeceased by her devoted husband Armando Colao in 1992 and 1 brother Robert Veve. Sylvia is survived by her loving daughter Nancy Tritto and her husband Joe of Earlton, N.Y. 1 brother Al Veve of Bronx, N.Y. Also survived by her 5 cherished grandchildren Virginia, Joey, Tommy, Amanda and Nicky. Reposing, Hawthorne Funeral Home on Monday 10 AM-12 Noon where funeral services will be held at 12 Noon. Entombment, Rose Hill Memorial Park, Putnam Valley, N.Y.
