Stella A. (Spadaccia) DeVito

Stella A. DeVito 88, most recently of White Plains, N.Y. and formerly of Thornwood, N.Y. died on Nov.18, 2019 at her residence. She was born on Dec.1, 1930 to the late Sante and Louise Spadaccia in White Plains, N.Y. Stella was predeceased by her devoted husband, Gaetano DeVito in 2015 and also her sister, Agnes Carravone and is survived by her loving daughters, Diane (Joseph, Jr.) Sisca of New Canaan, CT, Michele DeVito of White Plains, N.Y. and Angela Grassi of Scottsdale, AZ. and brother in law, Mark Carravone. Also survived by her three cherished grandchildren, Michael (Devon) Suozzi, Daniel (Katie) Suozzi and Andrea (Gary) Troy and five great grandchildren. Reposing, Hawthorne Funeral Home on Thursday, 4-8 PM. Funeral Mass, Holy Rosary Church, Hawthorne, N.Y. on Friday, 10 AM. Interment, Ferncliff Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations to Alzheimer’s Association, would be appreciated.
