Stanley Goodman, 91, died peacefully in his sleep at home on April 14. His loss will be profoundly felt by his family and the many organizations in which he was actively involved. He was predeceased by his wife Muriel, and is survived by his wife of 50 years, Anita, and his children, Marti (Frank), Patricia (David), Stuart (Cindy), Laurence (Cathy), and his grandchildren, Bernadette, Ben, Molly, Spencer, Gabriel & Nathan. A graduate of the Wharton School, U. of PA., he had a long career in marketing . He was an innovator in the field of Sales Promotion and was proud of his many years as International President of SPEA. His career began at Decca Records and in the early 1960's he founded EGR Communications, a sales promotion agency. Respected for his intellectual curiosity, he actively participated in a wide range of interests. He was past President of Temple Kol Ami, was on the President's Council of Westchester Community College, served on the Board of the Union of Hebrew Congregations, and the Board of the Westchester Philharmonic. He moved to The Osborne in Rye NY, five years ago and founded their newspaper, started Osborne U and was a true respected leader in the community.
