Serge J Volpe

Serge J. Volpe, life-long resident of White Plains, died Dec.9,2006. He was 78.
Born April 25,1928 in White Plains, NY to Giuseppi and Mathilda Volpe.
Served in the US Navy, WWII era. Active in community service many years including the Battle of White Plains Monument Committee.

Loving son, brother, husband, father, uncle. Survived by sons Serge (Russ), Mark, daughters-in-law Lynne, Lorrie, sisters Angela Allen, Margaret Knapp who pre-deceased him, Lucia Astone, brothers-in-law Fred Allen who pre-deceased him, Sonny Knapp, Elias Astone, and many others, along with nieces, nephews and cousins. Although divorced, he and his wife of many years, Ann Allen Volpe remained very good friends.
