Samantha Margaret Scarmozzino, 25, a resident of Westchester and NYC, died on Friday, September 15, 2017 in Yonkers, NY. Samantha, a graduate of Hendrick Hudson High School, was studying cosmetology in Peekskill, NY and completed coursework at both Iona and Westchester Community Colleges. Born August 19, 1992, she is the daughter of LuAnn Scarmozzino of Manhattan, NY and Robert and Medea Scarmozzino of Montrose, NY. Samantha is survived by her sisters, Amanda, Elena, Olivia and Gabriella Scarmozzino and her maternal grandmother Georgia Dingee of Dover Plains, NY. Reposing, Hawthorne Funeral Home on Sunday, 7-9 PM and Monday, 10 AM- 12 Noon. Funeral Mass, St.Francis of Assisi Chapel at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Hawthorne, N.Y. on Monday, 1PM.
