Ruth was predeceased by her devoted husband John Lewis in 1991, and one son, John Lewis, Jr. in 2003 and one brother, John Spittler, Jr. She is survived by her loving children; Brian (Joan) Lewis of Hawthorne, N.Y. and Agnes Lewis of Hartsdale, N.Y. Also survived by her four cherished grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Reposing, Hawthorne Funeral Home on Tuesday, 2-4 and 7-9 PM.
