Rose T. Pace, long time resident of North White Plains passed away on Monday at the age of 87. Married to her husband of 62 years, Dominick who survives her, Mrs. Pace is also survived by her son Bruce and his life partner Lyle Churchill of NYC; son Frank, his wife Karen, granddaughter Erin Lynn Pace of Los Angeles; her brother Michael Papillo, his wife Mary of West Babylon, NY, and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. Her youngest son Douglas, and her dear sister Laura Hudyma predeceased her.
Mrs. Pace was born and raised in New York City, the daughter of Frank Papillo and Agnes Cona Papillo. She was a graduate of Empire State College. An active community leader and volunteer, organizations she served include; The Rosary Alter Society, Rosary Hill Cancer Center, Friends of the North Castle Library, Holy Name of Jesus Church, and
BOCES. Mrs. Pace also served as a PTA member for the Valhalla School District where she performed Musical Theatre in local scholarship shows.
