Rose Longo 92, of Thornwood, N.Y. died on Oct.23, 2014. She was born on Jan.6, 1922 to the late Santo and Loretta (nee Zambri) Picinelli in White Plains, N.Y. She was a retired bookkeeper with Hawthorne Lumber. Rose was predeceased by her husband,
Joseph Longo in 1989 and by her sister, Ann Altamuro and brother, Dominick Picinelli.
Rose is survived by her two sisters, Natalie Dennin of Manchester, Conn. and
Loretta (John) Cavaliere of Thornwood, N.Y. and one brother, Louis (Betty) Picinelli of
Thornwood, N.Y. also survived by her many nieces and nephews. Reposing, Hawthorne
Funeral Home on Monday, 9AM-11AM. Funeral Mass, Holy Rosary Church, Hawthorne, N.Y. on Monday 11:30 AM. Interment, Mt.Calvary Cemetery, Greenburgh, N.Y.
