Rocco N. Rivello

Rocco N. Rivello 93, of Fairfield, CT and formerly of Bronx, N.Y. died on June 8, 2019. He was born on Jan. 14, 1926 to the late John and Rose (nee Pezolano) Rivello in Queens, N.Y. He proudly served in the US Navy during WWII. Rocco was a retired Letter Carrier with the NYC Postal Service and a Past Master Mason in NYC. He is survived by his devoted wife, Eleanor (nee Guido) Rivello of Fairfield, CT and by his loving children, John (Colleen) Rivello of Hawthorne, N.Y. and Rosemarie (Joseph) Sangiuolo of Fairfield, CT. also survived by his seven cherished grandchildren, Alissa, Nick, Kara, Joseph, CJ, Kathleen and Gianna. Reposing, Hawthorne Funeral Home on Tuesday, 4-8 PM. Funeral Mass, Holy Rosary Church, Hawthorne, N.Y. on Wednesday, 10 AM. Entombment, Rosewood Mausoleum at Ferncliff Cemetery, Hartsdale, N.Y. In lieu of flowers donations to The American Diabetes Association, would be appreciated.
