Robert O. Johnson

Robert O. Johnson 70, of Thornwood, N.Y. died on Sept.8,2017. He was born on March 23,1947 to the late Otho and Josephine (nee Molinaro) Johnson in White Plains, N.Y. He proudly served in the US Navy from 1967-1970 on the USS MaCaffrey. Robert was a retired Town of Mt.Pleasant, Highway Department Worker. He loved to fish and hunt and also loved his motorcycle. Robert is survived by his wife, Carol Nannariello Johnson and his loving son, Bobby Johnson , both of White Plains, N.Y. His brother, Lewis (Denise) Johnson of Thornwood, N.Y. also survived by his four nephews, Lewis (Jackie) Johnson of Hopewell Jct., N.Y., Frank (Janet) Johnson of Cleremont, FL., Jeremiah (Gabriele) Johnson of Bronxville, N.Y. and Andrew DiNobile of Danbury, CT. also survived by several great nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his sister, Joanne DiNobile Johnson in 2013 and his nephew, Michael DiNobile and his sister in law, Carol Johnson. Reposing, Hawthorne Funeral Home on Tuesday, 4-8 PM. Funeral Mass, Our Lady of Pompeii Church, Pleasantville, N.Y. on Wednesday, 10 AM. Interment Private. In lieu of flowers donations to the American Heart Association , would be appreciated.
