Robert F. Devlin 70, of Hartsdale, N.Y. died on January 29, 2011 at White Plains Hospital Center, surrounded by his loving family and friends. He was born on August 31, 1940 to the late John and Cecelia (nee Steigerwald) Devlin in NYC. Robert proudly served
in the US Army from 1958-1960. He worked for Stella D'oro Biscuit Co. in Bronx, N.Y. as a route salesman for thirty three years, retiring in 2002. Robert is survived by his devoted wife Marie (nee Castellano) Devlin of Hartsdale, N.Y. his loving children; Bobby Devlin of Yonkers, N.Y., Edward Devlin and his wife Terre and Dawn Loscri and her husband Renato both of Cortlandt Manor, N.Y. Also survived by his five cherished grandchildren; Lauren Loscri, Taylor, Robert, Jesse, and Alexandra Devlin. Predeceased by his sister Eleanor Hawe. He will be missed by all who knew him. Reposing, Hawthorne Funeral Home on Monday (today) 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Funeral Mass, Our Lady Queen of Peace Chapel at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Hawthorne, N.Y. on Tuesday 10 AM. Interment to follow. In lieu of flowers donations to the American Cancer Society would be appreciated.
