Robert I. Del Conte

Robert I. Del Conte 91, of Hartsdale, N.Y. died on May 14, 2019 at The Grove in Valhalla, N.Y. He was born on Nov. 13, 1927 to the late Giovanni and Francesca (nee Pugliese) Del Conte in Trieste, Italy. He proudly served in the US Army during the Korean Conflict. Robert was a retired Mechanical Engineer with Verizon in Bronx, N.Y. He is survived by his loving companion of many years, Florence Jaffe of Hartsdale, N.Y. and by his loving children, Andrea (Jim) Chillemi of Garrison, N.Y. and Dario Del Conte of MT. Bethel, PA. also survived by his two cherished grandchildren, Alexander and James Chillemi. Predeceased by his beloved daughter, Lisa Del Conte in 1989 and by his three brothers and two sisters. Graveside Services at Kensico Cemetery, Valhalla, N.Y. on Saturday, 11:30 AM. In lieu of flowers donations to Wounded Warriors, would be appreciated.
