Rita Ann McCabe

Rita Ann McCabe 78, of Hawthorne, N.Y. died on Feb. 4, 2009. She was born on June 23, 1930 to the late William and Margaret (nee Foley) Niland in Belmont, Mass. Rita was very proud to be called a Navy wife and traveled around the globe with her husband. She is survived by her devoted husband Edward McCabe of Hawthorne, N.Y. her loving daughters; Rosemary McCabe of Pleasantville, N.Y. Loretta Beaird and her husband Louis of Cape Coral, Fla. and Patty McCabe of Ossining, N.Y. 2 brothers William and Jack Niland. Also survived by her 4 cherished grandchildren; Billy and Jessica Beaird and Nicole and Kenny Gendron.
Predeceased by 1 sister and 1 brother. Reposing, Hawthorne Funeral Home, on Friday (today) 5-9 PM. Funeral Mass, Holy Rosary Church, Hawthorne, N.Y.
on Saturday 9:30 AM. Interment Private.
