Rae Di Gianni

Rae Di Gianni 94, of Pleasantville, N.Y. and formerly of Bronx and Hawthorne, N.Y. died on Dec.24, 2017 at her residence. She was born on August 9, 1923 to the late Vito and Rose (nee DeVito) Di Gianni in Bronx, N.Y. She was a retired seamstress and worked at various dress factories in NYC. Rae is survived by her loving sister, Anna Scarano of Pleasantville, N.Y. and brother, George (Rae) Di Gianni of Palm Coast, Fla. and sister in law, Gloria Di Gianni. Also survived by, Linda Bufo, Edwina Zerbo, Debra Colbert, Thomas Scarano and many other loving, nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews. Rae was a loving and caring sister and aunt who will be always loved and missed by all who knew her. Predeceased by her five brothers and five sisters. Visiting at Hawthorne Funeral Home on Wednesday, 4-8 PM. Funeral Mass, Holy Rosary Church, Hawthorne, N.Y. on Thursday, 10 AM. Interment, Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Hawthorne, N.Y.
