Pentti B. Kari

Pentti Kari 86, of Hawthorne, N.Y. joined the love of his life, Laurel, in Heaven on March 10, 2012. Born in San Francisco, Calif. on Sept. 4, 1925 to the late Bernhard and Lydia, he moved to Highland, N.Y. in 1930. He was a life-long Westchester County resident as well as a proud Navy Veteran and retired Metro North train conductor. He is survived by four loving children: Nelson, Kenneth, Laurel and Lydia. ten grandchildren and five great grandchildren. He will be forever loved and missed by his family. A private service will be held at a future date.
