Paul P. Ciccimarra

Paul P. Ciccimarra 76, of Thornwood, N.Y. died on March 4, 2012 at White Plains Hospital Center. He was born on Oct.9, 1935 to the late Vincenzo and Donata Ciccimarra in Mt.Vernon, N.Y. Paul proudly served in the US Army. He was a retired auto parts salesman with Westchester Auto Supply in Yonkers, N.Y. Paul was a longtime member of the Knights of Columbus St. Dominic Council #4399 in Thornwood, N.Y. He is survived by his devoted wife Teresa (nee Giordano) Ciccimarra of Thornwood, N.Y. whom he married on Sept. 19, 1959 at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church in Mt.Vernon, N.Y. his three loving daughters; Teresa Maria (Stefan) Schuele of Whippany, N.J. Paula Jean (Gary) Sella of Ridgewood, N.J. and Laura (Dominic) Finuoli of Ridgefield, Conn. two sisters, Cecelia Piccininni of Mt.Vernon, N.Y. and Angela (John) Rescigno of Eastchester, N.Y. Also survived by his four cherished grandchildren; Lianna, Sabina, Markus and Erica. Predeceased by his brother, John and his sister, Dorothy Piccininni. Reposing, Hawthorne Funeral Home, on Wednesday, 4-8 PM. Funeral Mass, Holy Rosary Church, Hawthorne, N.Y. on Thursday 10 AM. Interment, Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Hawthorne, N.Y. In lieu of flowers donation in his memory to Wounded Warriors Project would be appreciated.
