Patricia Doyle

Patricia Eileen Doyle of Hartsdale, born in 1946, died April 21. Originally from Mt. Vernon, NY, Pat was the beloved daughter of Eileen and John, sister of Kenneth (Beverly) and aunt of Kenneth and John.  Pat was an alumna of Maria Regina High School and received a BA degree from Ithaca College.  Later, she was awarded a Masters Degree in Social Work from Hunter College.  From her younger years as a social worker and therapist to her position as Director of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services for the Westchester County Department of Community Mental Health, Pat's entire career in the public mental health system showed commitment, compassion, and an extraordinary work ethic.  She helped countless people and made many friends in her decades of service to others.  Pat loved animals, books, beaches, and bright colors.  She was funny, smart, a snappy dresser, a fabulous dancer, and a beloved friend who will always be missed.  Dance by the light of the moon, dear Pat.
