Pasquale (Pat) Pontillo 91, of Thornwood, N.Y. died on June 22, 2011 at his residence. He was born on July 19, 1919 to the late Carmine and Madeline Pontillo in Bronx, N.Y. Pat proudly served in the US Army during WWII. He is survived by his devoted wife,
Tillie Pontillo, his loving children; John Pontillo and Christine Pontillo all of Thornwood, N.Y. Also survived by his daughter in law Linda Pontillo, one sister, Mary Pontillo and one brother, Roger Pontillo and three cherished grandchildren; Steven, Nicky and Kristie. Predeceased by his son Patrick Pontillo in 2001 and three brothers. Reposing, Hawthorne Funeral Home on Friday 5-9 PM. Funeral Mass, Holy Rosary Church, Hawthorne, N.Y. on Saturday 10 AM. Interment, Kensico Cemetery, Valhalla, N.Y.
