Otto made his living as a welder/millwright. General Motors employed him for 42 years. Otto is survived by his three children; Otto R Maier III, Nancy Maiello, and Kurt V Maier, his seven grandchildren and his brother Richard A Maier; who resides in California with his wife, two children, five grandchildren, and one great grandchild.
