Norma Mercaldi

Norma Mercaldi 86, of Valhalla, N.Y. and formerly of Bronx, N.Y. died on Oct.26, 2014 at Calvary Hospital, Bronx, N.Y. She was born on Jan.24, 1928 to the late Frank and Nancy Embrogno in NYC. Norma was a member of the Mt.Pleasant Seniors. She was predeceased by her devoted husband, Philip Mercaldi in 1990 and two sisters, Mary and Fanny. Norma is survived by her loving children, Philip (Noreen) Mercaldi of Queens, N.Y., John (Bridget) Mercaldi of Valhalla, N.Y., Nancy (Steven) Schoener of
Hawthorne, N.Y. and Maria (Robert) Koziak of Hawthorne, N.Y. one sister, Nancy DeMizio of Valhalla, N.Y. also survived by her eleven cherished grandchildren and five
great grandchildren. Reposing, Hawthorne Funeral Home on Thursday, 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Funeral Mass, Holy Name of Jesus Church, Valhalla, N.Y. on Friday, 10 AM.
