Norair Hartunian

Norair Hartunian of Riverside, CT died Wednesday, June 9, 2010 at home. He was 90 years old. Norair was born to the late Garabed and Mariam Hartunian and grew up in Washington, DC, then lived in Queens, NY for a number of years before moving to Riverside, CT in 1960 with his family. A Certified Public Accountant, he was the Controller of a division of American Machine and Foundry, then from the late 1960's he was the Vice President, Controller, Treasurer and a member of the Board of Directors of the US division of Alfred Dunhill of London, Inc. retiring in 1984. Surviving is his beloved wife, Vera, four children Linda Hartunian of Darien, CT, Diane (Greg) Yazujian of Towamencin, PA, Barry Hartunian of Boston, MA and Wayne (Monique) Hartunian of Darien, CT and six grandchildren, Taleen Josefsson, Ara Josefsson, Michael Yazujian, Brenda Yazujian, Nicholas Hartunian and Melissa Hartunian. Along with his parents Norair was predeceased by his brother Hrair Hartunian.
