Nora May Sarli 83, of Hawthorne, N.Y. and most recently of Patterson, N.Y. Died on Dec. 20, 2009 at Putnam Hospital Center in Carmel, N.Y. She was born on Nov.14, 1926 to the late Harold and Nora (nee Dennehy) Albohn in White Plains, N.Y. She was raised in Scarsdale and White Plains, N.Y. Nora is survived by her devoted husband of 62 years, Paul J. Sarli of Patterson, N.Y. her loving children; Paul J. Sarli, Jr. and his wife Cheryl of Patterson, N.Y. Sharon Pollack and her husband Dennis of Garrison, N.Y. and Carol Cooper and her husband Ronald of Thornwood, N.Y. 1 brother William Albohn of Thornwood, N.Y. and 1 sister Barbara Phillips of Fla. Also survived by her 6 cherished grandchildren; Adrienne Hempel, Robin and Daniel Cooper and Matthew, Stephen and Brittany Sarli. Predeceased by her brother Harold Albohn. Reposing, Hawthorne Funeral Home on Tuesday 4 PM Thru 8 PM. Funeral Mass, Holy Rosary Church, Hawthorne, N.Y. on Wednesday 10 AM. Interment, Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Hawthorne, N.Y.
