Nicole S. Lindberg 27, of New Milford, CT died on May 6, 2019. She was born on March 20, 1992 to Thomas and Susan (Sachse) Lindberg in New Milford, CT. Nicole graduated in 2014 from the University of Delaware’s School of Business with a degree in Marketing and learned about the European Union during a semester abroad in Freiburg, Germany during her Junior year.  This gave her the opportunity to travel throughout Europe. She was active in her college sorority, Kappa Alpha Theta, where she made lasting friendships. Starting as an intern in college she later became the STP Automotive Associate Brand Manager for Spectrum Brands Corporation (now Energizer Holdings) Nicole loved spending time in the sunshine with friends and family boating on Candlewood Lake, skiing, tennis, hiking, cooking, reading (Harry Potter her favorite), playing board games and traveling. Nicole was proud of her German heritage and spoke the language. She was a member of the youth dance group of the Bavarian Club Edelweiss. She was passionate about staying physically fit, loved yoga and cross training. Her tender, kind ways, laughter and wit will always be cherished by all who knew her. She is survived by her beloved parents, Thomas and Susan (Sachse) Lindberg of New Milford, CT, and her loving brother, Karl Lindberg of New Milford, CT, Maternal Grandmother, Hilde Sachse of Valhalla, N.Y. Paternal Grandmother, Lois Lindberg of Valhalla, N.Y. also survived by her aunts, uncles and cousins, Eric and Nicole Sachse and son Lucas, Curt and Claire Lindberg and children, Kristen and Colin, Bill and Judy Lindberg and children, Sarah and Laura, Bob and Pam Lindberg and children, Kate and Emily and Nancy and Tim O’Leary and children, Kelly and Megan. Predeceased by her Maternal Grandfather, James Sachse and Paternal Grandfather, Robert Lindberg. Memorial Celebration of Her Life, will be held on Saturday, June 1, 2019 11 AM at the First Congregational Church of New Milford, CT 36 Main Street New Milford, CT 06776.
