Myron Mauer

Myron Mauer of Yonkers, NY, died January 29, 2010. He was 90 years old. Myron was born August 17, 1919 in Coney Island, NY, son of the late Harry and Mollie Mauer. He voluntarily served in the United States Army Air Corp in World War II during the Asiatic Pacific Theater. Surviving are his two children Amy Mauer-Litos and Michael Mauer. Myron is also survived by two grandchildren Diana and Eliana Sarah and a nephew Eric (Inna Yerikhova) Mauer. He was a proponent of Human and Civil Rights and believed in our ability to improve the world. Interment will follow in the Mount Hope Cemetery, Hastings On Hudson, NY.
