Modestino Parente

Mr. Modestino Parente died on July 18, 2012, after a brief struggle with cancer. He was 92 years old. Mr. Parente was born on May 29, 1920 in Sassinoro, Benevento Italy. He immigrated to the US in 1954 and was joined by his wife two years later. He worked as a Master Tailor and Fitter at Court Tailors, George Post, and Saks Fifth Avenue, where he was known as "Moe"�. His beloved wife of 54 years died in 2007. He is survived by two sons, Roberto Parente of White Plains and Dr. Antonio Parente; daughter in law Dr. Kathleen Parente and grandchildren Laura and Michael Parente of Falls Church, VA.
