Michael Anthony Pastore

Michael Anthony Pastore (Mickey) of West Harrison, N.Y. passed away suddenly at White Plains Hospital. Mickey went to be with the Lord at 99 years of age on December 11, 2022

Mickey's funeral will be held at his beloved church Memorial Community Church of West Harrison.

Visitation will be held at Memorial Community Church - Hudson Valley Family Church, 126 Gainsborg Ave West Harrison, NY

Visitation will be held Wednesday December 14, 2 - 6pm, followed by Service of Remembrance and Celebration of 99 years of life. Pastor Jack Yuras presiding welcoming others to share remembrance of Mickey

Mickey was born in White Plains, NY on September 2, 1923. He graduated from White Plains High School went on to serve in the United States Army. Mickey married Carol Joan De Paso on August 4, 1946. They had 4 children, Janis, Carol, Michael and Paula.

Mickey worked with his father, Anthony (Tony) along side his brothers and brother-in-law as a carpenter for Pastore Contractors and Builders as a young schoolboy until entering the US Army, serving from 1943 to 1946, with a Honorable Discharge.
Mickey continued working with his family as a carpenter. He served on the Harrison Board of Education for 17 years, many of those years served as President.

He faithfully continued to serve the Lord for the next 76 years, at the church he, his father and brothers built, Mickey devoted his entire life serving the Lord he shared the word of God to everyone he encountered up to his last breath blessing the nurse making him comfortable.

He was predeceased by wife Kari and son Michael, his parents Anthony and Pauline, sisters Jean, Ruth, brothers Tony, Robert

Daughters, Janis Passerelli (Richard Passerelli,) Carol, Paula Ildefonso, grandchildren Stacie, Richard, Nicole, Faith, Tommy (predeceased) Kristen, great grandchildren Kelsey, TJ, Ciafone Dean, Dylan, Paige Passerelli, Mickey, Nina Kanakaraj, Nieces and Nephew Maryellen, Justin, Olivia, Sophie, Lori Mandragona, Karen, Cindy, Marilyn, Loni Marsico and many more.
