Michael Joseph Daly

Michael Joseph Daly, a longtime resident of White Plains and a lifelong resident of Westchester County, died suddenly on July 25, 2013. He was fifty-eight years old. He was surrounded by friends at the time of his death. He was predeceased by his parents Francis Joseph Daly and Dorothy Elizabeth Greening Daly. He is survived by his sisters Kathleen Theresa Kirkman of Bethel CT and Mary Anne Daly of Cresco PA; two nieces, Delia Kirkman Duke and Grace Anne Daly, and nephew Dr Greg Michael Kirkman and two great nephews Jackson Duke and Nicholas Kirkman. Michael worked as a Caseworker at Westchester County Department of Social Services for 29 years. He was a caring individual who always tried to help his clients. Visiting hours will be held on Sunday July 28, 2013 from 3pm to 7pm. At the Ballard- Durand Funeral Home. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Monday at 9:30 a.m. at St. John the Evangelist Church in White Plains. Interment will follow at Kensico Cemetery.
