Maureen C. Maruggi 62, of Brewster, N.Y. and a former longtime resident of Pleasantville, N.Y. died on May 11, 2010 at White Plains Hospital Center. She was born on Feb.10, 1948 to Vincent and Josephine (nee LoPiccolo) Carney in White Plains, N.Y. Besides her mother, Josephine Carney of Hawthorne, N.Y. Maureen is survived by her devoted husband Anthony Maruggi of Brewster, N.Y. Her loving children; Richard Maruggi of LaGrange, N.Y., Paula Manzo of Brewster, N.Y. and JoAnn Brugger of Pleasantville, N.Y. Also survived by her three brothers and seven cherished grandchildren.
