Mathilde Petruzzo 84, of West Harrison, N.Y. died on August 3,2017. She was born on Oct.8,1932 to the late Joseph and Magdalena (nee Holzli) Tom in Scheindorf, Romania. She was predeceased by her devoted husband, Raffaele Petruzzo in 2010 and also her sister, Maria Jakob Swacha. Mathilde is survived by her loving daughters, Rosemarie (Nick) Troiano of Thornwood, N.Y. and Melissa (Robert) Marzano of Cortlandt Manor, N.Y. , her sister, Katy Nagel of NJ and brother, Franz Tom of Germany. Also survived by her cherished grandchildren, Nicholas Troiano and Jessica (David) DeGennaro. She was an avid cook. Reposing, Hawthorne Funeral Home on Monday, 4-8 PM. Funeral Mass, St. Anthony of Padua Church, West Harrison, N.Y. on Tuesday, 10 AM. Interment, Kensico Cemetery, Valhalla, N.Y.
