Massimo Bucci

Massimo Bucci  83, of Pleasantville, N.Y. died on May 24, 2021 at his residence surrounded by the love of his family. He was born on March 24, 1938 to the late Carmine and Domenica (nee Raschiatore) Bucci in Sant’ Angelo, di Bagno, L’Aquila, Italy. He was a retired Grounds Foreman at Mount Pleasant Cemetery in Hawthorne, N.Y. He loved his family and was a devoted Husband, Father and Grandfather. Massimo was an avid Gardener. He is survived by his devoted wife, Maria (nee Centi) Bucci of Pleasantville, N.Y. and by his loving daughters, Norma (John) DeMase of Somers, N.Y. and Laura (David) Dutt of North Salem, N.Y. also survived by his four cherished grandchildren, Johnny and Nicole DeMase and Michael and Juliana Dutt.  Predeceased by his one sister, Rina Bucci. Reposing, Hawthorne Funeral Home on Wednesday, May 26, 2021 from 4-8 PM. Funeral Mass, Holy Innocents Church, Pleasantville, N.Y. on Thursday, 10 AM. Entombment, to follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Hawthorne, N.Y.
