Carmel Seisdedos 83, of Pleasantville, N.Y. and formerly of Hawthorne, N.Y. died on March 30, 2010 at Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, N.Y. She was born on Sept. 22, 1926 to the late John and Agnes MacAulay in Prince Edward Island, Canada. Carmel worked as a registered nurse at United and St. Agnes Hospitals and at Holy Rosary and Hawthorne Elementary Schools. She was an active member of the Rosary Altar Society of Holy Rosary Church for over 40 years. Carmel was predeceased by her devoted husband Edward Seisdedos in 2007, 1 brother and 4 sisters. She is survived by her loving children; Susan Smith and husband Paul of Chestnut Ridge, N.Y., Nancy Paulus of Pleasantville, N.Y., Edward Seisdedos and partner Manolo Medina of NYC, Michael Seisdedos and wife Maria of Pleasantville, N.Y. and Kevin Seisdedos and wife Debbie of Clemmons, NC. 1 sister Agnes Rogers and husband Reg of Canada. Also survived by her cherished grandchildren; Brent, Brittany and Brandon Paulus, Michelle and Jennifer Seisdedos, Tara and Brian Ricciardi and her great grandson Brandon Ricciardi. Due to Easter observances, the wake was already held at Hawthorne Funeral Home on Wednesday, March 31, 2010. Funeral Blessing will be held (today) Holy Thursday at Holy Rosary Church, Hawthorne, N.Y. at 10 AM. Interment, Mt.Calvary Cemetery, Greenburgh, N.Y.
