Martha J Daniels

Martha Jane Daniels, the daughter of the late Andrew Sr. and Janie Kelly Williams was born October 26, 1928 in Darlington, SC. She was educated in the public schools and attended Mayo High School in Darlington, SC. She later moved to White Plains, NY where she met and married Jesse A. Daniels who predeceased her in earlier years. Martha was employed at White Plains Hospital for 25 years as a dietary assistant until her retirement. She was loved and respected by her family and a host of friends. On Saturday, February 13, 2010 Martha was called to eternal rest. Martha leaves to cherish her memory: her son Jesse M. Daniels (Ann) of Durham, NC and daughters Elizabeth Jenkins of St. Petersburg, FL; Mattie J. Hunter of Peekskill, NY and Valerie E. Summers (Henry Sr.) of Peekskill, NY. Her brothers: Randolph Williams of Chesapeake, VA, Clarence R. Williams (Peggy) of Youngville, NC and sisters Hattie Williams of Darlington, SC and Joyce A. Williams of White Plains, NY. Also loving grandchildren and great-grand children, host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Martha was predeceased by two brothers Andrew Williams Jr. and Johnny L. Williams, one sister Edith Williams and grandson Henry Summers, Jr. (Snapper).
