Marion (Graney) Sheenan

Marion Elizabeth Sheenan, 91, of Valhalla, NY, died peacefully at her home on July 2nd, 2023, with her daughter by her side. She was born on December 22, 1931, in Mount Vernon, NY to Martin and Marion Graney. She is preceded by her parents, her brother Charles Graney, her husbands James Peters and Bernard Sheenan, and grandson Daryld Hamilton. Marion was a Rosarian at Holy Name of Jesus in Valhalla, NY for over 50 years and worked as a secretary at Sears in White Plains. She was also involved with the Mount Pleasant seniors. She loved to dance and play canasta. Marion is survived by her daughter Margaret (Peggy) Peters, son-in-law Lance Thompson, son Charles Peters, grandchildren Brodie Thompson, Dayton Hamilton, Gabriella Moore, and Isabella Sanders, nephew Martin Graney, and niece Catherine Graney-DeNigris.
