Marion J. Giaccio

Marion J. Giaccio 98, of Yonkers, N.Y. and formerly of Bronx, N.Y. died on Feb. 8, 2020. She was born on March 29, 1921 to the late John and Philomena (nee Pironti) Bonefacio in Bronx, N.Y. Marion was predeceased by her beloved husband, Angelo Giaccio in 1970 and her granddaughter, and two brothers, John and Joseph and sister, Constance and son in laws, William Veltri, William Rufo and George Campbell. She is survived by her loving children, Michael (Jane) Giaccio of Armonk, N.Y., Joanne Veltri of Farmingdale, N.Y., Lorraine Rufo of Thornwood, N.Y. and Phyllis Campbell of Surprise, AZ.  Also survived by her sixteen cherished grandchildren and  sixteen great grandchildren.  Reposing, Hawthorne Funeral Home on Tuesday, 4-8 PM. Where Private Funeral Services will be held for family only on Wednesday, 10 AM. Interment, St. Mary’s Cemetery, Yonkers, N.Y. In lieu of flowers donations to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, Memphis, TN, would be appreciated.
